After a very successful inaugural event in 2007, the Light of Day Niagara team is ready for the upcoming show. We are "just around the corner" from the 2nd Light of Day Niagara. On November 14, 2008, Joe D'Urso, Willie Nile, The Maddhatters and numerous other acts will take the stage of the Greg Frewin Theatre to help raise money for 2 great causes - Parkinson's Disease and ALS.

Hamilton's Tom Wilson closes up the Summer Concert Series! -- September 27, 2008
Hamilton's Native Son, Mr. Tom Wilson, will bring his Americana/ Rock and Roll to Yanks Old Niagara. This well-travelled troubadour stuck gold in the 90's as the leader of the much loved band Junkhouse and then found an entirely different audience as a crucial component of roots-rock super-group Blackie and the Rodeo Kings.

Ron LaSalle and the East Side Rockers Cross Over To Our Side! -- August 16, 2008
Ron LaSalle and his band, the East Side Rockers, made their way over the ditch on Saturday, August 16th to Yanks Old Niagara on Centre Street in Niagara Falls Canada...and tore it up!!!
The jazzy, bluesy, twangy mash of soulful roots rock that is Mr. Ron LaSalle and his incredibley talented band, the East Side Rockers, rocked the sold out crowd and made numerous new fans indicated by the number of CD's sold after the show!! Thanks for a great show Ron!
Joe D'Urso & Stone Caravan Turn Up The Heat -- July 19, 2008
On July 19th, Light of Day organizer and New Jersey Rocker, Mr. Joe D'Urso brought his band, Stone Caravan, to the friendly (but very hot) confines of Yanks Old Niagara Bar and Grill in Niagara Falls ON Canada. The show was a smash hit and with some great music and help from Niagara's "The Roxwells" the joint was hopping from 9pm until 2am! If you missed it, you missed one of the best bar shows in the Niagara Region for a long time (well, since Joe Grushecky in June...lol)!
The Houserockers, Rock Da House -- June 15, 2008
Joe Grushecky and the Houserockers did what we knew they were going to do - they blew the windows and doors off of "our" favorite bar and grill, Yanks Old Niagara. What a night. If you missed it, you missed a show for the ages!! Straight ahead rock and roll starting with a great 2 song set from Brooke Pasco and Rick Rose, a rocking throw back set from The Roxwells (with Houserocker, Danny G sittin' in on Communication Breakdown), a masterpiece show by Joe Grushecky & The Houserockers (with special guest Anthony DiCarlo) and a great final set by The Maddhatters with a special appearance by Joe G. sittin' in on Brown Eyed Girl.
